 During the time of sleep our body digest all foods and at morning our body needs a recharge to work properly. Breakfast is a first meal of the day hence it is really important to have breakfast to maintain your health.

So don't skip your breakfast. If you're in a hurry eat something that is fast to prepare.


9.TRY TO BE ACTIVE IN A DAYTIME
